What you need to know:

  • SIC cups are guaranteed for life against manufacturer defects.

What’s covered:

  • Damages as a result of shipping process
  • Failure to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold
  • Broken lids

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear including fading, dents, chips and scratches
  • Damages that result from improper use via cleaning, disassembly or modifications, fire or Acts of God
  • Peeling, chipping or fading of printed designs

You Should:

  • Hand-wash your cup with warm water and a gentle dish soap

You Shouldn’t:

  • Clean your cups with bleach or chlorine
  • Put your stainless cups in the dishwasher, microwave, stove or freezer as these can disable the insulation properties
